Fully Inclusive Packages
Published rates for fully inclusive packages are in Canadian dollars and are per person double occupancy. They include your accommodation, 2 or 3 meals per day according to the seasonal package, use of most resort recreation facilities, summer time supervised children’s activities & evening entertainment, baggage handling, and auto parking.
Single, triple and quad occupancy rates are available upon request. The range of rates published for adults is based upon the accommodation chosen. Please inquire for further details.
In general check in is 4 pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10 am on the day of departure. An early check-in or late check-out may be possible but are not guaranteed until the day of arrival/departure. Please check with the Front Desk on those days. Extra charges may apply.
Kids & teen rates are also per kid or teen and are applicable as long as they share the same accommodation with 2 adults. The range of rates is based upon age. Kids FREE means one kid per adult. There is no charge for kids under 2 years.
Minimum charges apply to all 2 bedroom suites.
A 5% PST, 5% GST (13% HST after July 1), and a 10% service charge are added to all packages.
Housekeeping Packages
Published rates for housekeeping packages are in Canadian dollars and are per suite/cottage. They include your cottage/suite, use of most resort recreation facilities, summer time supervised children’s activities & evening entertainment, and auto parking.
If there are more than 6 persons in a 3 bedroom cottage/suite, 4 persons in a 2 bedroom cottage/suite, or 2 persons in a studio suite, and additional charge will be added to the rate. Cots & cribs are available at an additional charge. Please inquire for details and charges.
Daily maid service is not provided with housekeeping packages, however you may bring your dirty linens and change them for fresh linens once per week at no additional charge.
Deposits
A deposit of $100 per night per accommodation up to a maximum of $500 per week is required to reserve any accommodation.
Cancellations
If written notice of cancellation is received 21 or more days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 book keeping charge.
Early Departures
As is the policy with most resorts, guests on fully inclusive packages who cancel part of their reservation within 21 days of arrival or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged the high season daily rate for the days stayed, and will forfeit their deposit unless we are able to rent their accommodation on the same day they depart for the full period originally reserved.
Guests on housekeeping packages who cancel part of their reservation within 21 days of their arrival or depart prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged for the entire length of their original reservation unless we are able to rent their accommodation on the same day they depart for the full period reserved.
Paying For Your Stay
All rates are quoted and payable in Canadian dollars. We accept cash, travelers cheques, certified personal cheques, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and debit cards. Unless prior credit is established, we do not accept personal cheques.
US Currency
Our rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, however we do accept US currency at the prevailing exchange rates. The currency converter below shows the conversion applicable at major world money centers, and is intended to show only the approximate conversion on the day queried. This rate may vary from the rate offered at Severn Lodge at the actual time of payment.

Rate & Policy Changes
Rate and policies are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until your reservation has been confirmed in writing. Severn Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation without notice or cause, and if done so, will refund any deposits in full.
Pet Policy
For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not permitted at Severn Lodge. Please inquire about nearby kennels. Guests staying at one of our offsite cottages are welcome to bring well behaved pets as long as they are kept on a leash at all times. Owners must immediately clean up all pet waste. Should complaints arise about your pet, you will be required to place the pet in a local kennel for the remainder of your stay. You will be responsible for any damage to property done by your pet.
